The quality of surface and ground waters in Limburg with regard to nitrate residues is getting worse in the north of the province. Via demonstration about adapting the time or location of the fertilization and introduce the EVA-application to follow-up the fertilization on their farm we try to change the mentality of the farmers that will result in lower nitrate concentration.
