GEP, G/1, R&D and scientific approval.
GEP accreditation 8 SL
In accordance to the Ministerial Decree of 7 April 1995 concerning the accreditation of stations or laboratories carrying out certain tests and analyses on plant protection products, pcfruit has been accredited under no. 8 SL.
The accreditation is valid for the following tests:
- the efficacy of plant protection products and the effects of those products on the yield of plants and plant products as listed below.
- the effects of plant protection products on the quality of plants and plant products as listed below.
- testing the phytotoxicity of plant protection products in treated plants and plant products, effects on subsequent crops, effects on other plants, including crops in adjacent fields as listed below.
Large fruit: herbicide, fungicide, insecticide/acaricide, growth regulator, rodenticide, disinfection, pheromones, wildlife repellents, bactericide, nematicides and molluscicides
Soft fruit, grapes, outdoor strawberries: herbicide, fungicide, insecticide/acaricide, growth regulator, rodenticide, pheromones, wildlife repellents, bactericide, nematicides and molluscicides
Protected crops: herbicide, fungicide, insecticide/acaricide, rodenticide, pheromones, wildlife repellents, nematicides and molluscicides
Stored plant products: fungicide, rodenticide, disinfectants and antioxidants
Tree nursery: herbicide, insecticide/acaricide, growth regulator, pheromones, wildlife repellents, bactericide and nematicides
G/1 authorisation
pcfruit is authorised under No. G/1 to import and use unauthorised plant protection products for trial purposes, pursuant to Article 54 of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market. The authorisation is valid until the expiry date of the GEP authorisation.
Scientific authorisation
Authorisation regarding the scientific approval by the Science Policy Department until 31/03/2028.
R&D activities licence France
pcfruit received a licence from the French ‘Ministère de l’enseignement supérieur, de la recherche et de l'Innovation’ to carry out R&D activities for private companies.
