Accreditations

Some of the accreditations which are granted to the Proefcentrum Fruitteelt (Research Centre for Fruitgrowing) are:

By a Ministerial Order of April 7th 1995 concerning the accreditation of stations or laboratories conducting certain trials and analyses with plant protection products, the Proefcentrum Fruitteelt is accredited under no 8 SL.
This accreditation applies to following trials:

  • the effects of plant protection products and the effects of these products on the yield of plants and vegetable products as mentioned below.
  • the effects of plant protection products on the quality of plants and vegetable products such as mentioned below.
  • the testing of phytotoxicity of plant protection products on treated plants and vegetable products, effects on next crops, effects on other plants, including crops on neighbouring fields as mentioned below.

 

Tree fruits: herbicide, fungicide, insecticide/acaricide, growth regulator, rodenticide, disinfection, wildlife management, bactericide, nematicides and molluscicides

Small fruits, grapes, strawberries in open air: herbicide, fungicide, insecticide/acaricide, growth regulator, rodenticide, wildlife management, bactericide, nematicides en molluscicides

Crops under protection: herbicide, fungicide, insecticide/acaricide, rodenticide, wildlife management, nematicides and molluscicides

Storage of vegetable products: fungicide, rodenticide, disinfection and antioxidants

Tree nursery: herbicide, insecticide/acaricide, growth regulator, wildlife management, bactericide and nematicides

G/1- accreditation

pcfruit is authorized to import and use for experimental purposes plant protection products which are not authorized under no G/1, by enforcement of article 54 of Regulation (EG) no 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and the Council of 21st October 2009 concerning the marketing of plant protection products.

Accreditation from France

The French Ministry of Higher Education and Research approved pcfruit as an organisation carrying out R&D activities for the account of private companies.
