Strengthening the Limburg fruit column - innovation and by-products

This project intends to bring innovation into the fruit sector. As a result of the project, a new web and mobile app (EVA) was launched to reduce administrative work with growers and to facilitate access to specific technical information. In a second part of the project, we investigated the literature on fruit compounds which are published to have beneficial effects on neurodegenerative diseases as Alzheimer or Parkinson.
