Cold fogging of the BCOs in the storage cell

Biological Control Organisms (BCOs) which might be yeast or bacteria are known to be effective against storage diseases of apple or pear. However, the application before harvest or the aqueous application after harvest has several disadvantages.  Therefore we aim in this project for a cold fogging of the BCOs in the storage cell. The selection of the right application and formulation technologies are the real challenges of this project.
